I started posting short-form video the way most creators do, one platform at a time, retyping the same caption into every app, every single time I wanted to go live everywhere at once. It worked, until it didn't. Managing every account by hand ate the time I should've spent making the next video.
Then the money side got real. Deals, payouts, and income landed in different places on different days, and keeping track of where it was all coming from got hard fast. Hard enough that I ended up doing it the only way that felt reliable:
a whiteboard, covered in numbers I had to update by hand every time something came in.
Vantr is the tool I wished existed for both problems. One upload that reaches every platform, and a deals-and-earnings tracker that replaces the whiteboard. I built it because I needed it first, and I'm still the person using it every day.
That is also why the site does not claim customer logos, awards or a team. There is one person here. If you email the address on the left, I am the one who answers.
How it gets built
A few things I decided early and have not moved on
These are rules the product is genuinely held to, which is a lower bar than it sounds and still rarer than it ought to be.
Nothing goes out on its own
Vann drafts and proposes and reminds, and then it stops, because nothing gets sent, published, charged or signed until you have said yes to it.
Say the number, or say you do not know
Where the data is thin, the product says so rather than inventing a confident answer. There is no virality score, because nobody can honestly predict that.
Your work stays yours
Your content and your audience are yours. We never sell your data and we never see your platform passwords.
