How it works
One brand deal, from the first email to the money landing
Five steps, and you are already doing four of them. Vantr’s job is that each one knows what the last one did.
Before you start
Connect your channels
Each platform opens its own sign-in, so Vantr never sees your password. It takes a minute, you do it once, and then the rest of this page is the part that repeats.
- 1
A deal arrives
Log it, or forward the email. Vantr pulls out the brand, the fee and what was promised.
- 2
It becomes deliverables
Each piece gets a row: which platform, what is due, when. Contracts can be drafted and signed in the browser.
- 3
You make it and publish
One upload reaches all 12 channels, previewed in each platform's own chrome first.
- 4
You invoice
Branded, payable by card or PayPal, and chased at three days, fourteen and thirty if it goes quiet.
- 5
It lands, and it counts
The payment files itself against the deal, sets money aside for tax, and the year totals itself.
The making, up close
Publishing you can watch happen
Hit publish, or schedule it, and each channel reports its own state as it goes. If a platform is having a bad morning, Vantr retries on its own and tells you which one is stuck instead of failing quietly.
Uploads survive bad wifi and resume where they stopped, and the caption can be re-tuned per platform without you rewriting it.
The money, up close
The end of the job, not a separate one
The invoice already knows the brand, the fee and what was delivered, because the deal does. When it is paid, the money is filed against that deal, so the earnings you see later are a record rather than something you typed in.
Run it once and see
Connect a channel, log a deal, and follow it through. Free to start, and no card.
