My TikTok or Pinterest post shows as private
That's each platform's standard review period for new connections, not a bug — posts go public once they finish their review. The FAQ explains it fully.
A platform disconnected on its own
Access passes expire sometimes (platforms do this for security). Go to Platforms and hit Connect again — takes a few clicks, nothing is lost.
A post failed on one platform but worked on the rest
Open the post to see the exact reason per platform, then use Retry. One platform hiccuping never affects the others.
The AI buttons don't do anything
The AI assistant is optional and needs to be set up by whoever runs your Vantr — everything else works without it. Check Settings → AI features for its status.
