Invoices that get paid

Branded invoices with your logo and terms, a card or PayPal button on them, and reminders that chase for you.

Included from the Pro plan. See what each plan covers.

What it is

How invoices that get paid works

An invoice built from the deal, so the line items are the deliverables you actually agreed rather than something retyped. Your business details, logo, terms and invoice numbering, and a PDF at the end of it.

The brand can pay from the invoice by card or PayPal. Marking it paid logs the income against the deal, and deposits and partial payments are handled, with the balance derived rather than stored.

Overdue invoices are chased on a ladder at three, fourteen and thirty days, with kill switches, because there is a point where an automated chaser stops helping and starts damaging a relationship.

Why it matters

The problem underneath it

Most late payment is not a dispute. It is an invoice that went out late, went to the wrong person, or has been sitting in an approvals queue with nobody following up. All three are fixable by the sender.

A branded invoice with clear terms also changes how you are treated. It is the difference between a creator asking for money and a supplier billing a client.

Who it is for

And who it is not for

Anyone invoicing a brand directly

Which is most creators, most of the time.

Creators who hate chasing

The reminders do the awkward part on a schedule you set.

People taking deposits

Half up front is normal and the balance should not need a second system.

Alternatives

What people use instead

Some of these are genuinely the right answer. It depends on whether your posting is attached to money yet.

A word processor and a PDF

Free and completely legitimate. You do the numbering, the chasing and the record-keeping yourself, and the payment happens somewhere else.

Standalone invoicing software

Good at this, often better. It does not know what the deal was, so the line items get typed twice.

Asking for a bank transfer in a DM

Fast, and fine between people who trust each other. It leaves you with no record when a brand's finance team asks for one.

Questions

The things people ask first

Can brands pay by card?

Yes, by card or PayPal, from a button on the invoice itself.

Can I set my own invoice numbers?

Yes, including a prefix and a starting number, so a new invoice does not look like your first.

Will it chase without me?

If you let it. The ladder runs at three, fourteen and thirty days overdue and can be switched off per invoice or entirely.

Does a paid invoice show up in my earnings?

Yes, dated to when the payment actually arrived rather than when the invoice was raised.

See it against your own channels

Free while you are finding your feet, and we do not ask for a card.
