Accessibility
- Effective date
- October 20, 2026
- Applies to
- Vantr, and everyone using it
The standard we work to, what we've done so far, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
1.Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Vantr, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across vantr.app and the Vantr apps. We treat accessibility problems as bugs, and we fix them the same way.
2.What we've done
- Form fields show a clear, high-contrast focus ring, so you can always see where you are when moving through a page with a keyboard.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages are written out in words, never shown by colour alone.
- Status (for example a deal that is overdue or an invoice that is paid) is shown with a shape and text beside the colour.
- Our main dialogs and sheets move keyboard focus into themselves when they open, and the page behind them is set aside so a screen reader doesn't wander into it.
- Sheet and overlay animations switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages follow your device's light or dark theme, and text keeps readable contrast in both.
- Pages are built to work on small screens and with larger text, without sideways scrolling.
3.Known gaps
We know some parts of Vantr don't fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA yet. We are working on them:
- Some charts in Analytics and Earnings show their numbers visually without a full text or table alternative.
- Some older screens use small or light grey text that may fall below the recommended contrast.
- The Vantr Editor's design canvas relies on dragging and is hard to use without a mouse or touch screen.
- Videos and images that you or other creators upload may not have captions or descriptions, since those come from the person who uploaded them.
- Some content comes from other services (for example the social platforms and payment providers you connect), and we don't control how accessible their screens are.
4.Tell us about a problem
If something in Vantr is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email support@vantr.app with "Accessibility" in the subject line, the page or screen you were on, and what happened. If it helps, tell us what device, browser and assistive technology you use.
We'll reply within 5 business days. If you need information from Vantr in a different format, ask in the same email and we'll do our best to provide it.
5.Changes to this statement
We review this statement as we fix issues and add features. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
