Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Starter — a card is required, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, Starter is $12/month (or $120/year) for all ten platforms, unlimited posts and 30 AI assists. Pro is $19/month (or $190/year) and adds unlimited AI, the Deals & Earnings tools, the media kit builder and more team seats. Yearly billing saves 2 months on either plan.

Anyone who posts short-form video — vloggers, streamers, coaches, musicians, small businesses, and creators of any size, solo or with a small team. Every workspace is private to the people in it, and nobody outside your workspace ever sees your posts, stats, or earnings data.

Yes — invite people into your workspace from Settings → Team as an admin, editor, or client. Editors can create drafts but need approval before anything publishes; admins can approve, manage the team, and see everything; clients can view, comment, and approve, but never create or edit. Seats are limited by plan (Starter: 3, Pro: 10, including you), and you can switch between workspaces if you manage more than one.

Never. When you connect a platform, you sign in on that platform's own website — not inside Vantr — and approve access there. Vantr only receives a limited access pass (never your password), stores it encrypted, and you can revoke it from the platform's own settings at any time.

Only the people in your workspace — nobody outside it, ever. If you're solo, that's just you; if you've invited teammates, it's whoever you've added, scoped to the role you gave them (deals and earnings stay owner/admin-only regardless). Nothing is ever sold or shared with advertisers, and you can download a full export of your data from Settings at any time.

Yes — cancel any time from Settings, no long-term contract. Cancel during your 7-day trial and you won't be charged at all. After that, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period; we don't offer partial refunds for time already paid for. There's no cancellation fee.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses — Vantr never sees or stores your full card number.

Disconnecting a platform immediately removes its access pass; deleting a post or video removes it from storage. To close your account entirely, contact support and we'll remove your data.

TikTok and Pinterest each run a standard review period for newly connected apps — until that finishes, posts through that connection stay private automatically. It's each platform's own policy, applied the same way to every tool, and Vantr surfaces it up front so it's never a surprise.

No tool can honestly predict how a platform's algorithm will treat your video, so a made-up score wouldn't mean anything. Instead, the AI gives specific feedback on the part you actually control — your caption and opening hook.

No platform shares real earnings data with outside tools, so this isn't something any app can do accurately. That's why you enter income yourself in the Deals & Earnings tools — anything claiming to auto-report earnings is estimating, not reporting.

Platforms update their rules regularly. Vantr treats each one as its own independent connection, so if a single platform changes something, the other six keep working normally while that one gets fixed.
