Yes. Bulk schedule takes a CSV: one row per post with its caption, channel and time. It validates every row before anything is queued and shows you exactly which rows have a problem, so a typo in row 40 does not silently drop a post. There is a downloadable template to start from.

Yes, across every connected platform: views, likes, comments, shares and followers, per post and per channel, over 7, 28, 60 or 365 days. You get daily views, your top posts, the days and times you post best, and a link you can share with a brand. Pro adds custom date ranges, period comparisons and PDF reports. Vantr will not show a comparison against a period it was not observing, so some early comparisons stay blank rather than being estimated.

Yes, and it is the main thing that separates Vantr from a scheduler. There is a deal pipeline with stages, deliverables tracked as rows with their own due dates, contracts a brand signs in the browser, and branded invoices the brand can pay by card or PayPal. You can see when an invoice is opened, reminders chase it if it goes quiet, deposits and part payments are handled, and paid invoices log themselves as income. At tax time there is a set-aside tracker, a year-end summary and exports for QuickBooks, Xero or a spreadsheet.

There's a marketplace on Pro where brands post paid opportunities and you can apply in a couple of taps. If you're accepted, the deal lands straight in your pipeline. For the deals you find yourself, forward the brand's email to your Vantr address and it becomes a deal with the brand, the fee and the deliverables filled in.

No. Vantr is a social media management and creator business tool at vantr.app. Other companies share the name, including an unrelated blockchain platform, but they are not connected to this product in any way.

Around that sit a calendar, one inbox for the comments that come back, and analytics across every channel. When brands start paying you, the same place holds the deal, the deliverables, the contract they sign, the invoice they pay and what you earned. Vann, Vantr's resident helper, drafts, reminds and takes care of the admin, always asking before he does anything.

An email address, or your Google account. Sign up, connect the channels you post to and upload your first video, all on the free plan without a card. Connecting each platform takes a few clicks, and Vantr walks you through anything a platform requires along the way.

No. Write one caption, then customise it per channel before it goes out, either by hand or by asking Vann to rewrite it for that platform. Each channel also gets its own settings, like a YouTube title and category, or whether an Instagram post goes out as a Post, Reel or Story.

Two little nudges to keep you going. The flame is your daily streak, and just opening Vantr each day keeps it alive. Next to it is your posting streak, counting the weeks in a row you've published something, with an optional weekly posting goal. Miss a day and a streak freeze can cover it, and you earn those at milestones.

Vantr is built to work properly on a phone, in the browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. A native iPhone app is being worked on, but it isn't in the App Store yet.

Ask Vann in the chat bubble at the bottom of any page. He answers most questions straight away, and if he can't help he hands the conversation to a real person, chat attached, so you don't have to explain it twice. Vann is Vantr's mascot, the little blue face you'll see all over the app. His name stands for Virtual Assistant for Noticing Needs, and he has opinions: he celebrates your streak, gets visibly worried when it's about to break, and dresses up for every holiday. He's built in, knows your channels, deals and invoices, and is there to take the admin off your hands: he gives you a short take on your day on Home, drafts captions and rewrites hooks, spots a brand that has gone quiet, and can create an invoice, send a reminder, move a deal or log income when you ask. No. Anything Vann wants to do shows up as a card, and nothing happens until you tap approve. Publishing is always your call. The only things that run on their own are ones you can switch off: reminders to brands about overdue invoices, and purchases filed by a merchant rule you set to Always.

Yes. Cancel any time from Settings, with no long-term contract, and you drop back to the free plan rather than losing your account. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period; we don't offer partial refunds for time already paid for. There's no cancellation fee.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. Vantr never sees or stores your full card number.

Yes, give a month and get a month. Share your link from the Referrals page, and when a friend subscribes you both get a free month.

Creators, the people who work with them, and the agencies and talent managers who run several at once. Vloggers, streamers, coaches, musicians and small businesses all use it, solo or with a team. Every workspace is private to the people in it, and nobody outside your workspace ever sees your posts, stats or earnings.

Yes. Each client gets their own workspace with their own channels, content and numbers, and switching between them takes one click. Invite your editor to draft, and the client to approve, without either of them being able to touch anything else. Business includes unlimited seats and unlimited client workspaces.

Yes. Invite people into your workspace from Settings, then Team, as an admin, editor, or client. Editors can create drafts but need approval before anything publishes; admins can approve, manage the team, and see everything; clients can view, comment, and approve, but never create or edit. Starter includes 3 seats and Pro 10, both including you; Business is unlimited.

Never. For almost every platform you sign in on that platform's own website, never inside Vantr, and approve access there. Vantr only receives a limited access pass (never your password), stores it encrypted, and you can revoke it from the platform's own settings at any time. Bluesky is the one exception to the sign-in step: it uses an app password you create in Bluesky's settings, which is separate from your real password and can be revoked there whenever you like.

Only the people in your workspace. Nobody outside it, ever. If you're solo, that's just you; if you've invited teammates, it's whoever you've added, scoped to the role you gave them (deals and earnings stay owner/admin-only regardless). Nothing is ever sold or shared with advertisers, and you can download a full export of your data from Settings at any time.

Yes. Banks connect through Plaid, so Vantr never sees your bank login, and Vantr never moves money out of any of them. Bank and PayPal payments wait on Transactions until you confirm them; Stripe payments log themselves. Disconnect any time from Earnings. Bank connections come with Pro and Business.

You can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, and changing your password asks for your current one first. Connected platforms never give Vantr your password, access passes are stored encrypted, and card details go straight to Stripe. The Security page has the details.

How Vantr protects your account →

Disconnecting a platform immediately removes its access pass, and deleting a post or video removes it from storage. You can download a copy of your data from Settings first, then delete your account from Settings yourself, which removes your data. If you'd rather someone did it for you, email support and we will.
